1018OKCF- We have a Construction Firm in OKC looking for a Superintendent (or Assistant Superintendent) with at least 5 years’ experience. Healthcare experience preferred. This candidate will work for the Director of Field Operations, and is responsible for pushing the construction process forward and leading the team of laborers, carpenters and subcontractors from start to completion of each project they manage, while being a secondary point of contact for their clients. This includes on-site management, providing leadership and organization, and finishing the project. Salary depends on experience but can be up to $ 85K.

Functions this candidate will be expected to handle will be Sales and Marketing, and Estimating and Preconstruction. The Division Director of Preconstruction is responsible for coordinating with the Division President and Vice President. The Division Director of Preconstruction is responsible to provide and coordinate all division preconstruction services.

Computer Skills should include Microsoft software, On-Screen Takeoff, MC2 Estimating software, and BIM (Optional).
